Belly Dancing

Belly dancing is a unique and fun way to exercise where you can reduce stress, improve coordination, flexibility, muscle tone, self-image and posture while burning up to 300 calories an hour! All ages, shapes, and sizes are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Bare bellies, prior dance experience and rhythm are not necessary. Coinbelts will be provided for use during the class. Come join Carenza for an amazing and fun workout.
