Pilates Equipment
In a spacious and beautiful room we have seven Allegro Reformers with Attached Towers and seven Peak Pilates Split Pedal Chairs. Classes are offered weekly, to view the schedule click here. Reservations are highly recommended to reserve your spot. Reservations can be made online or by calling the studio.Types of Classes:
PE I: Appropriate for beginners and/or anyone looking for a controlled and precise Pilates experience.
PE II: Intermediate moves are introduced and practiced.
PE I/II: A combined class of beginners and intermediates
PE III: Advanced moves are introduced and practiced.
PE II/III: A combined class of intermediate and advanced students. No beginners allowed.
New to Pilates Equipment?
You will need to take three(3) private sessions before you can attend a scheduled class.
Those sessions will be with one of our Pilates Apprentice Trainers. The total cost of the three(3) sessions is $100.00, which is discounted by $50 off the regular private session price.
To schedule your series of sessions please call the studio to connect you with your trainer to set up times that work in your schedule. Once you are done with your 3 private sessions, you are ready to sign up for our PE classes, either online or by the phone.
