Cycling

Our Indoor Cycling Program focuses on the mind body connection and the use of heart rate monitors, which we provide. Encouragement to listen to your body and watch your heart rate allows the you to track your own progress and be directly involved in your transformation. Working to your abilities and backing off from the ride choreography is a hallmark of our cycle program. No one is encouraged to disregard their heart rate and/or body signals. That allows our Cycle Classes to be suitable for beginners and experienced riders alike.
