Gyrotonic® Session Policies
To avoid a cancellation fee, it is each student’s responsibility to notify their Mindful Movement Studio Trainer directly, at least 24 hours in advance, should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any appointments missed or late canceled will be subject to a charge of 100% of the cost of the session.
If you have a standing appointment with a Trainer, inconsistent attendance will result in the loss of that time slot regardless of the 24 hour notice. (Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of this policy.)
