What motivates you to work at MMS?
It's a beautiful facility & I appreciate the variety of class offerings and the skills and talent of the instructors. I am excited to share my knowledge of Sun Style Tai Chi to improve body alignment, balance, & fluidity of movement to older adults
Outside interests and hobbies:
Hiking (preferably in the mountains), Sailing, Jet Skiing & Weekly practice with the Indianapolis Tai Chi Fitness Club.
Mindful Movement Studio is a member of the Yoga Alliance and the Indiana Yoga Association. We are a registered studio with Gyrotonic Sales Corp. as well as a pre-training studio for Gyrotonic.
