YOGA
Ashtanga Yoga
A progressive series of postures, as taught by
Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, that flow with the rhythm of breath to create
a vigorous and exhilarating practice. The elements of breath, focus,
and intense internal heat
create a purifying moving meditation that is as calming to the mind
as it is strengthening to the body. Some prior yoga experience
required.

Yoga Flow
Mindfully moving the body to the rhythm of your
breath. Jamie leads you in the exploration of mind body unity with
flowing poses and movements. Let your spirit soar as you practice
this mindfulness.

Hot Yoga
This class is geared for the intermediate yoga
student. Our room is heated to 85 degrees as we practice
moving smoothly, letting the breath lead us as we flow through our
yoga sequences.

Yoga Basics
This class is where you will learn the basic yoga
poses and breathing. You will learn to energize the body through
breathing techniques, detoxify the body, calm the mind and increase
your focus and concentration.

Yoga in the Dark
A relaxing, rejuvenating form of yoga that helps calm anxiety and
lift negative emotions. Gentle poses are easy to practice in class
and at home. Appropriate for all levels.
