Outside interests and hobbies:
Reading, traveling, movies, theater cooking, shell collecting
 

Mindful Movement Studio is a member of the Pilates Method Alliance, Yoga Alliance and the Indiana Yoga Association. We are a regional training center for PHI Pilates, Inc.  We are a registered studio with Gyrotonic Sales Corp. as well as a pre-training studio for Gyrotonic.
